Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping times vary depending on where items are being sent to. If shipping to a location outside of the US, you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes on your imported packages. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how much this will cost, as all countries have different tax rates and rules.

Note:  Estimated shipping times do not include customs clearance time or any potential delays due to suspended flights, or minimised flight availability.

Return Shipping

You have 7 days from the date in which your order was successfully delivered to initiate a return. To do so, please email hey@coquinaswim.com to get your return started. After initiating a return, you will be sent a return shipping label via email. At this time, we can only provide free return shipping for orders placed within the USA. For all other returns processed outside of the US, the total cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.  

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we unfortunately cannot guarantee we will receive your returned product.
